This is a nice parking brake assembly for 1999-2004 Ford F250 and F350 trucks and Excursion SUV's. It comes as shown in the pictures with the release lever and hood latch lever. It's in very nice shape and operates well. The release latch works great and everything moves smoothly. The bracket has some very minor surface rust but it is much better than most of this age!
