Holley 4150 4-barrel carburetor double pumper base plate. Shafts have been flowed and vacuum ports are capped. Has 1-1 gear drive installed. Base is dirty and shows some patina from use. Linkage moves free. See pics for condition.

Can not be returned if installed, ran or has been taken apart. Must be returned in the same condition as shown.
