Postage and Packing.
As of the end of last year eBay changed their policy on posting and packing. They have now put in place “Simple Delivery”. With this they have taken total control of the postage process apart from the physical packing and posting. For single items there is not much change eBay now identify the postage cost rather than me. For multiple items where combined postage into one package is wanted then the BUYER must request that the items be combine direct from eBay. It is no longer within my remit to do that. So if you do win multiple items then don’t do anything until all your auctions have been completed and then ask eBay to provide the combined postage cost. If you don’t I have to go by what “Simple Delivery” mandates so instead of getting one parcel of combined items you will get multiple parcels of single items. BUYER BEWARE! Many thanks.
