This take off fan fuse box is used but in good usable condition. It has been inspected and will work well for someone adding electric fans to their truck or SUV. Please note that swapping to electric fans requires a PCM reflash if you are planning on running the fans off of the engines water temp / AC sensors.

This relay block came off of a 2005 Chevy Suburban but it will also fit many GM applications from 2003-2007 Classic like Silverado, Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Sierra, Yukon or other fullsize truck and SUVs.
