Not sure of print date, but if print date is even close to Copyright date 1997, then this Bible would be almost 30 years old. So some wear should be expected. This BIBLE has truly been a Study Bible. Finger tabs for Books of the Bible, have been added. Previous owner's name tags, inside front cover, partially removed. A cross was added to inside front. Binding is very good, no loose pages. Some  wrinked pages. i did find some underling, highlighting, and writing in the margins. To me highlighting, underling, writting in the margins, are added features, that helps the next person, in their reading and studying. You get an insight into what another person who read and studied this Bible, thought was important. What they were going through. ( see photos for some samples )  This Bible has certainly been used as a Study Bible. But a whole lot of study and use, still left in this Bible. A lot of Good years left in this Bible.
