a nice early mk1 engine (1950's) With early production number (w201) and green covers that have faded slightly.
from what I can see the engine is complete. the engine is not siezed and compression is good, sticky from old oil and has not been run for at least 40+ years.
engine could do with a good strip down and clean, I do not know the condition of the internals.
