The 000 style is a model that is smaller in overall length, scale length, and body width than a dreadnought, making it easier to handle. The short 24.84-inch scale length results in softer string tension, making it popular with fingerstyle players who play a lot of melodies, including solos, as well as chord work.
It uses specially selected materials that differ from the Authentic 1939 and CUSTOM 000-14 Fret models released around the same time. The neck is made of genuine mahogany.
The fingerboard and bridge saddle are made of black ebony. The tuners are Waverly Gold 4060.

The neck shape is "SPECIAL SAPE / 1939 Style Barrel & Heel," so it seems that a custom shop-specific profile was specified, rather than a V-shape. It uses a Golden Era style T-Bar truss rod.
