Description

Fender Custom Shop Mbs Stratocaster By Chris Fleming 1960 Closet Classic Lefty

This guitar features a rosewood fretboard (from the era of slab boards), an alder body, and a maple neck, a classic specification favored by traditional Stratocaster players. The aging process replicates subtle signs of wear, such as fine weather checking and tarnishing of the nickel hardware.

It doesn't replicate the heavy wear seen in relic finishes. The feel of this guitar is pleasantly light, and it exhibits exceptional acoustic resonance, with the vibrations of the bass strings penetrating from the core of the body to the neck.

The sound output from an amplifier has a rich mid-low range characteristic of an alder body, with a sweet, sustained tone unique to slab rosewood, providing a comfortable sustain. Condition: The neck is straight, the frets have about 50-60% remaining, and the truss rod is in good working order.

All the bridge set screws have been replaced. While minor scratches and other imperfections may be present, this is due to the Closet Classic aging process. *Please note that delivery may take 2-3 days as we perform adjustments, cleaning, string replacement, and final checks before shipping.
