What You Need to Know

(g) I want a BIN?

C. This is an auction: It is not a Buy It Now (BIN) listing.
Want a BIN? Want to end the auction early? This
service is not guaranteed. If available, the auction price goes up by 30%.
Shipping remains the same. I will adjust the listing BEFORE you bid. I will then close the listing early
for you assuming ebay allows it. If ebay rejects the early close, it will not
be available, so the earlier you request this during the life of the listing, the
more likely it can be done. Handling period applies as usual.
D: You do not need to tell me you’ve
paid. My system shows this.
E. Shipping is
generally by Parcel Post - small $12, med $16, large $20, extra large $24. I
do not make money on shipping. You pay what I pay. If the invoice is more
than I spent, I will give you a refund of the excess. No letter rates.
F: Your address: I only ship to the ebay
address on your bidding account. If you’ve moved, you must re-bid with your new
address.
G: Combined shipping notification: Please advise which specific items you want combined by the time the fist item ends. Combined item listings must end within 7 calendar days of each other.
H. Combined shipping payment: For combined shipping, do not pay for the items individually. Wait for the combined invoice. But if you pay invoices individually, I will always refund the excess shipping after the items are sent. I do not offset individual shipping b/c items in the package.
I. Handling period: Factor in the handling period. The item does not need to be sent until the handling period has expired. This starts when payment is made and ends at midnight on the day ebay says the item should be posted (the due out day). Your system will tell you the handling period. Handling period can be up to 2.5 BD.
J. Tracking: Tracking will be updated in the system by midnight on the final BD of the handling period. I don’t email tracking numbers. Do not ask for tracking b/c you already have the info in your system. To review the progress of the item click on the tracking number in your Orders section. Aust Post also provides an estimated delivery time.
K. Has it been sent yet? "Yes" if it’s after the due out time & you see a tracking number. "No" if the system shows no tracking. But if there is no tracking & it’s before the due out time, there is no issue & no need to ask the question. If there is no tracking & it’s after the due out time, (or the tracking shows nothing’s happened) please get in touch.
L. What if the parcel seems lost? Please get in touch. I’ve never lost a parcel, but some love to take the scenic route. I do not chase parcels in transit within the first 3 days or so of sending.
M. Express Post: I do not guarantee this service. Availability of this depends on my availability. By all means, request it so I can see if I can issue the updated invoice. Handling period applies as usual. I will not change an invoice or shipping once it has been paid.
N. Discounts: Everyday low prices & low margins mean no discounts, volume or otherwise & no best price requests. Pricing is firm. I dont send or accept offers. Use “Best Offer” where available.
O. Pick ups: No try ons, no pick ups, no meet ups, no coffee.
P. Debt Collection for Non Payers: Expect to hear from me by phone or email. Lying will not help you. Failure to pay is a violation of the Abusive Buyer Policy. Non payment is reported, no exceptions & the buyer is blocked. Buyers over the unpaid cancellation threshold will have their buying privileges cancelled. The threshold is very low.
Q. Retraction of bid: Bid retraction due to “Entered wrong amount” requires entry of the correct amount. I report & block everyone who does not enter the correct amount. This places a defect on your account. No exceptions.
R. Abuse of the returns process: Abusers of the returns process, will be reported & blocked. Change of mind is a buyer issue not a seller issue.
S. Exchange, credits or holds: Not available.
T. Faulty item? Occasionally it happens but my track record is good. No discounts but please arrange a return through ebay & I will refund through the ebay claim system.
U. Communication: I check in once a day in the evening. Don’t get stroppy if you haven’t heard from me 5 hours after you emailed.
