We welcome clients to view our timepieces and watch accessories in person at our showroom located in Farringdon, London. Please note, however, that all transactions—whether purchases, bids, or offers—must be completed exclusively through our eBay store. Visits to our premises are strictly by prior appointment; we are unable to accommodate walk-ins without a confirmed booking.

Bespoke Luxury Concept is the trading name of The Watchmaker (London) Ltd, a VAT-registered limited company. Comprehensive company information is available beneath this listing in the ‘Business Seller Information’ section, or via a quick online search.

All listing photographs are of the actual items for sale and have been taken recently to provide an accurate and honest representation of the product.

Shipping & Authentication

Thanks to eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee, all watches over £2,000 & Uncustomised are independently verified at eBay’s Authentication Centre before they are shipped to the buyer. We also provide a secure, insured courier service through eBay.

After authentication, your watch will be delivered sealed, along with an official eBay Authentication Card. Should a return be necessary, the item must be sent back via eBay’s Authentication Centre.

Payment Options

For items being shipped, payment is handled through eBay’s managed payment system.
