At the time, this was Les' favourite recipe which we can date specifically to 1997. 

The recipe is for Chicken Stroganoff which sounds absolutely wonderful. 

It has been signed by Les at the bottom of the page.  I can't be certain that Les also wrote out the recipe himself.

This was folded prior to it being sent in 1997 and it has remained this way.  It is 100% accurate.
