At the time, this was one of Ainsley's favourite recipes which we can date specifically to 1997. 

The recipe is for Chicken Goujon With A Honey, Ginger And Corriander Dressing. 

It has been signed by Ainsley in the bottom right corner and dated 1997. 

There is some very slight age related wear to the paper as you would expect.  It has been folded across the middle an d this will allow it to be sent by regular 2nd Class Mail

This will be sent in a card backed envelope.
