IN THE DOCUMENT:

1749 González... farmer from the town of Parada... stated that the Town Council and officials of his town do not enclose or restrict any pastures within its boundaries, as the entire area is free for the common use of all kinds of livestock, both resident and transhumant, and that these animals and their herders should not be disturbed... (Three other witnesses testify, stating more or less the same thing)

EN EL DOCUMENTO:

1749 González... labrador de la villa de Parada... dijo que por el Concejo y oficiales de su villa no se acotan ni vedan pastos algunos de su término pues todo él está desembarazado para el común aprovechamiento de todo género de ganados así estantes como trashumantes, y que a estos y sus pastores no se les ha de molestar... (Testifican otros tres testigos diciendo mas o menos lo mismo)
