How to Operate

1. Place the electric centrifuge on a relatively flat and solid surface, and turn off various work switches.

2. Set the speed control knob to the lowest position and the timer knob to the 0 position.

3. Turn on the power switch, first adjust the timer knob to the time you need, and then adjust the speed adjustment knob from low speed to high speed gradually to the working speed you need.

• This product is only for laboratory scientific research use and cannot be used for other purposes.
• Please do not centrifuge materials with a density greater than 1.2 g/cm³. The amount of solution should not exceed 70% of the centrifuge tube, and each centrifuge tube should have a balanced ratio and consistent weight. It should be weighed and the liquid should not be spilled on the rotor.
• Before the operation, please check the rotor for corrosion and damage. It is strictly prohibited to operate without any load or rotor.
• Speed adjustment needs to be gradually adjusted from low speed to 4000rpm to prevent cell rupture and damage. Uniform separation at low speed ensures a better separation effect.
• When the machine is running, please do not open the centrifuge cover, do not touch the running rotor, do not move the machine, and do not let children come into contact. Please do not operate the rotor under unbalanced loads. Please do not place anything on the centrifuge cover.
• Before you are going to stop the machine, you should adjust the governor to "0" first.
• Please note that it is normal for the motor to generate heat during prolonged high-speed centrifugation. After long-term use of the centrifuge, natural wear is normal. Please do not place this centrifuge in direct sunlight or high temperatures. The strong impact is strictly prohibited on this machine.
• The electrical-rated parameters of the power socket provided by the user should be greater than the electrical-rated parameters of the machine, and there should be good grounding measures. If the wire/plug is damaged or the machine malfunctions, it should be repaired by professionals and the plug should be removed from the socket first.
• After each use, please clean and dry the inner chamber and rotor, and cover the centrifuge cover. It is prohibited to use metal cleaning materials for cleaning. Please use a soft cloth with an alkaline cleaning solution.
• The high wear-resistant carbon brush of the motor should be replaced timely after 5000 hours of operation to avoid commutator wear.
• Please carefully read the precautions on the product label and comply with them.
