Dial Press issued this trade paperback, a first edition thus, in 2010. It shows some shelf wear —chips and rubbing along the edges and hinge on the front cover. Near the top of the front cover are four small indentations. The back cover edges and the spine have a few minor edge chips. But the spine is straight, firm and smooth. The pages and inside covers show no markings, creases, tears, dog-ears or signs of aging.
