This auction is for an exquisite example of French artisan jewelry, this authentic Rousselet Paris floral brooch showcases the meticulous hand craftsmanship that has made Rousselet on of the most sought-after names in vintage French costume jewelry.  This elegant botanical design features a graceful spray of hand-formed white opaline glass blossoms with delicate blue marbling, accented by clusters of coral-pink glass seed beads.  The floral arrangement is framed by hand shaped  gilt wire scrollwork, creating a striking Art Nouveau inspired silhouette.  The reverse reveals the intricate openwork construction and hand-wired assembly characteristic of Rousselet's workshop.  Marked "Made In France", this brooch reflects the exceptional quality and artistry associated with the Parisian jewelry house.  Rousselet pieces  were individually assembled by hand, making each example subtly unique and highly collectible. PLEASE NOTE:  Although all my jewelry listings will be marked that returns are not accepted (due to eBay's change of policy from 14 day returns to 30 days).
