Pair of original Shopsmith Mark V lower bench/support tubes removed from the same machine.

Each tube measures approximately 53 inches long and 1-3/4 inches outside diameter. Shopsmith Mark V bench and way tubes use this general 1-3/4-inch tube size.

Both tubes have substantial surface rust, oxidation, scratches and wear from long-term storage. They remain solid and usable, but they will require cleaning and rust removal before installation. The ends show some heavier corrosion. Please inspect all pictures carefully for exact condition.

These are being identified as the upper way tubes on which the headstock and carriage slide.
