This Divided Back postcard shows an image of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Mobile Alabama.Erected on Conti street in 1835 and remains the seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Mobile.Architecturally it is done in Greek Revival design and has two towers at the front corners, each one topped with a cross. CONDITION: Used with writing, stamp and postmark. There are a couple pin holes at the very top center. The postcard has darkened or yellowed with age. The corner points are a bit dull.
