I have owned this top for nearly 26 years. Over that time, it was fitted with new silver sleeves and taken in and out several times while trying to achieve the right fit. Well over $100 was spent on alterations, but it has never actually been worn.
It remains in unworn condition. The silver fabric naturally catches and reflects the light; any changing pale or darker areas visible in the photographs are the material’s shimmer and reflections—not fading or wear.
