These are new True Religion women's 32 cargo pocket jeans in a medium wintry wash.  They have the stitching on the back pockets, front pockets and side cargo pockets.  Very soft denim with stretch.  

The tag states there is distressing unique to each pair - there is a small distressed spot on the inside of the left leg near the cuff - please see picture.  It is less than 1/2 inch.
