This is a original mid 1990s Carolina Panthers two sided window pennant. NOS. Has never been opened. Package is showing its age. Also has some glue on the outside of plastic from original price tag. Suction cups are also in bag. Pennant appears to be in great shape. All plastic. 14 in. Long 6in. At wide end.
