Heavy-duty vintage mechanical expansion plug manufactured by Keller Mfg. Co. in Greenville, Mississippi, USA. Features an all-metal plate assembly, an Easy-Grip T-handle, threaded center shaft, and multiple stacked rubber sealing discs.

Turning the handle compresses the rubber discs so they expand outward against the inside of a pipe or opening.
