This is a vintage UCAGCO Japan Basset hound figurine 7 to 8 inches. Is hand painted brown and white glossy finish. It has a blue crown on the bottom and it does have some little brown spots on it on places and on the bottom, there is a little brown tarnish otherwise in good condition, he’s a neat little figurine
