They all turn on and seem to work.  These will ship with 2 factory boxes and a hard case.  There are miscellaneous cables, connectors, batteries, and power adapters to numerous to catalog and count. 

Sold as is.  Can't guarantee that every button works.   They came from a working system that was decommissioned in 2015 and have been sitting ever since.
