This is brand new, with a couple of points to mention - the keyring clasp inside has no spring function, but you may not even use this, it could be replaced Im sure.

Down one of the sides of the backpack it looks slightly marked (probably from storage), the bag does have a distressed look on the material anyway.  Please see the pictures which will cover these two points.
