We hope the item purchased meets satisfactory however, if item doesn’t meet satisfactory then please contact us through eBay messaging service. We provide 14-30 days return policy so when item is sent back a refund will ONLY be given if the tags and packaging are still intact. Washed items are strictly NOT accepted or without its original packing. We accept returns if the buyer contacts Premium Clothing within 3 days of receiving the item. Item must be returned in its original condition within 7 days. Please ensure you enclose your eBay ID and reason for return as incomplete details will delay the refund process. Cost of returning the item will also be at the buyer's own expense.

Leaving Feedback: Where applicable, Our feedback system is automated once you have left a positive feedback for us we will do the same for in 3-5 minutes by using eBay automated system. If you are not happy with our item or service then Please contact us first before leaving negative feedback, if you have any issue with your order, we always try our best to help out our customers in every possible way. Please keep in mind that leaving negative feedback helps nobody, neither buyer nor seller. Our Liability: Our loss liability is limited to the goods supplied by us. We don’t accept any liability of damage to third party item loss due to handling of our items. The maximum responsibility for the goods sold we accept is full refund of item cost and the reasonable postage cost reimbursement. Item Not Received: All items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Normally 90% people receive their items within 3-5 working days however sometimes it takes longer due to unexpected circumstances at Royal Mail end. All items are handed over to the Royal Mail, which sometimes fail to deliver on time for unknown reasons. Royal Mail guidelines state we should allow Royal Mail 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. We sincerely apologise for this delay and thank you for being patient. In the meantime please check with your local sorting office just in case they tried to deliver it while you were out. Please let us know if your item does not arrive in 15 working days, after that time your item will be considered lost & we will ask you to confirm your address/size/colour to issue a replacement or a refund whichever is preferred by you. Returns & Refunds: We accept all returns within 30 days from the date of sale provided that they are not faulty and in resalable condition with original tags and packing. Please contact us by eBay messaging system for the returns procedure & address. If item is not faulty and correct item is posted as, we would not offer free returns service so customer will bear all the cost of returns. Refunds will be issued for the sale price of items excluding postage & packing charges. Please send the items back to us by a traceable method because sometimes item get lost in the post & if we do not not receive your item then we will not be able to issue a refund. After 30 days of purchase it is on our discretion weather to accept the return or not and if we do it might incur the restocking and repackaging charges.
