FLAWS...SEE PHOTOS.

The box is damaged, worn corners, rips, shows wear.

NO electrical cord. It was old and may not be safe.

The bell has broken off the far left Nautical Antiques house. The bell itself is included but, the wall mount is not.

The stairs on the roof are broken. Some pieces are included but may not be fixable.

The "FISHERMAN'S" sign had a lot of styrofoam stuck to it. I did get some of it off but I didn't want to rub on it very hard.
