This listing is for two antique souvenir plates made by Wheelock China in Austria for Ely & Blake of Parsons, Kansas. Ely & Blake was a large mercantile company in Parsons, Kansas. Both plates feature different images on the front of the Missouri, Kansas & Texas (MK & T) Railroad Station, which was also located in Parsons, Kansas.
Both plates measure 6 inches wide.
These items are in good condition with no chips or cracks. The plate with the darker image of the depot has a production flaw on the back rim, which you can see in the specific image provided. That same plate shows light-plus wear to the design on the front, while the other plate shows light design wear. Both plates show light to light-plus wear to the gold rim. There is some general base and age wear present on both pieces. Please see the pictures for more information and to help with your decision.
