Preowned. They were in old shop so not sure how old. There is some with a few spots of rust. Found an oddball black longer hook in there. There could be another oddball but for the box they all are the same size. I took several photos of box and I just flipped thru so you could see some have a rust spot. Vintage and Pre-owned.  They were not used.. maybe you might find a used one in there as there was a few odd ones ...found a loose eye screw... but the shop had old NOS hardware but also rust in box from age... conditions.... not bad rust.. did not count..in small box 5x3x2 inches and not full to the top.
