HOOEY Magazine from August of 1936, Jokes, humor and satire. Dealer copy. When a dealer or news stand did bot sell a magazine they were allowed to return it for full credit. The publisher did not want to pay the freight charge to return the full copy so they only required the retailer to strip the mast head of the cover to receive credit for the return. thus is one if those copies.
Condition--Matte cover gloss is excellent , corners are only slightly blunted , spine is clean and staples are properly placed. Back cover is clean. ALL in all good only
