Cathedral Mount Round Pink Stone Ring in 10K Yellow Gold Art Deco Size 7.

This is a classic antique solitaire ring, characterized by its ornate, textured shoulders and high-pronged setting holding a vibrant, round-cut pink gemstone.

An antique original really great two color setting.  Pristine looking, crisp details to the gold work.

We are not gemologists so we can't identify stones.  This type of coloration in vintage jewelry is highly characteristic of a pink sapphire (natural or synthetic/lab-created), pink topaz, or a bright synthetic ruby.  The stone appears to be slightly over 1 carat.  When using a jewelers loupe under high magnification we do see some inclusions.

In superb condition.  The weight is 1.7 grams.  The superb setting is worth far more than our opening bid.  

Marked 10K.  This tests solid gold, not gold plated.  An antique original not a remake.  Our jewelry tends to appraise very well!
