Description:

A Rare and Exquisite Example of late 18th-Century English Craftsmanship. Completely intact with original cover in excellent condition! Age appropriate wear to the gliding on the rings.

Offered here is a stunning Worcester Porcelain Sucrier (Sugar Bowl). While the "Royal Lily" cobalt blue patterns of this era are more frequently seen, this delicate Purple Sprig and Gilt decoration is significantly harder to find, making it a "must-have" for the serious Worcester or Salopian collector. I have included the original antique store price tag in the photographs.

Key Features & Design:

• Form: Classic "Wrythen" or spiral-fluted body, a hallmark of the Dr. Wall and Flight transition.

• Decoration: Hand-painted in a sophisticated manganese purple floral sprig pattern, accented by rich, hand-applied 22k gold (gilt) rims and highlights.

Shipping & Handling:

I understand the fragility of 18th-century porcelain. This item will be double-boxed and packed with professional-grade materials to ensure it arrives in the same museum-quality condition it is currently in. Fully insured shipping is included.
