-I inspect every product and give it an honest rating. No generic text describing a vague class of products! 

-I back that rating up with pictures of the exact item. l take as many as I need to show condition, good and bad. (If a seller is only showing you a stock image, you might as well put that money on blackjack!) 

-I research the product to be as sure as possible what it is, when it was made, and by whom. 

-I will ship the next business day in most cases - sometimes even the same day!  

-I package each product to survive any trip. I won't close the package until I am sure the product won't budge. As such, I offer 30 day refunds.
