The CPU has been tested and works - was pulled from a working home computer (which was not "on" all of the time like a business computer might be).

This is a CPU from the last series of Intel processors - Skylake - which officially support pre-Windows 10 operating systems (in addition to Windows 10 itself). The successor to Skylake - Kaby Lake - had basically identical performance per clock on the CPU part itself, but lacked that broader operating system support.

This version of the i7 includes integrated graphics.
