Cosmetically this lens is in fine condition for its age with some marks scratches missing lacquer but with an overall beautiful patina 

Mechanically the lens comes apart with ease and the aperture unscrews 

Optically The glass is in great condition with no chips or major scratches. there are fine cleaning scratches/mark. there are some very small glass bubbles common in early lenses. optically for its age, this lens is in great condition 

Lens focuses at infinity against wall at 16cm 

Both optics at both ends are 37mm diameter 

lens covers 4x5 5x7 half plate maybe whole plate 

There are no makers marks however the lacquer finish is very similar to that of cooke Taylor Hobson lenses
