Cement resin floor with 100mm insulation and 1.8mm pvc floor covering.
Steel roof panels with 100mm mineral wool insulation.
Full gutter system incorporated into the roof with 4 downpipes.
Full hidden electrical wiring to include:
External CEE socket conecting to an internal RCD unit
2 x 36w double striplights.
3 x double electrical sockets.
