This is a beautiful sweater twinset by Kule. It is a size XS and is versatile, great looking and comfortable.  The set is an off white and the trim is a red and blue stripe. . The tank has straps that button. There are 2 buttons so you can make its little shorter. There is a little stretch to the fabric. The tank measures flat chest 14" length top of strap to the bottom of tank 18". The button down cardigan measures chest  18" length top of shoulder to bottom of cardigan 22". The cardigan has 2 front pockets. It was purchased at Bergdorf Goodman.
