A vintage Cristofle silver plated salt spoon.

I cannot be sure if this is silver or silver plate; I can see no 'plate' loss.

The balance stamp, the silversmith's hallmark,

which appears on the reverse of the handle together with the name ‘Christofle’,

was used by Maison Christofle from 1844 to 1935.

I have listed this item as 'silver plate'.

It measures 6.4cm long.

In good condition with any wear in keeping with age and use;

surface scratches; bowl edge not smooth.
