Body is a little scruffy, but they were never clean objects anyway. Previous owner had fitted extra pickups to the front bogie. I had to rewire it, and I had a spare 8-pin dcc socket looking at me on the bench so, that went in as well. Not too difficult an exercise on these. I havent tested it on DCC as you will need a 1amp rated decoder and I didnt have one handy. Fitted with a blank plug and works fine. Motor has been serviced to our usual standard, smooth wheels and plastic gears. Later model with interior seats and headcode panel. Fitted with extra weights. Has a magnet glued underneath for some reason. Photos are of the item for sale and are part of the description.

DCC fitting is not something we do all the time, but we can do special projects like this if commissioned. Please contact us if you need something similar.
