You are purchasing a FileMaker Pro 12 license key card for Mac and Windows.  The card contains a FileMaker Pro 12 serial number. This is the full version, not an upgrade. You will receive a DVD for installation, and there is a direct download link from Filemaker's site on the key card, which gives you the ability to download the full software installation (Mac or Windows). This does not come in retail packaging. We usually ship the same business day.   Feel free to ask any questions.

FileMaker did not include physical media when selling this product.  The DVD we provide is made by us and included to be in compliance with eBay rules.
