MLB hologram VS253408 authenticates this "team issued" jersey which does not show use on the wash tag.

The team inventory tag is heat pressed vertically on the center seam with "MQ3B #9 2023 44 1055" which means alternate black jersey, player #9, 2023 season, size 44, team inventory number 1055.  The hologram is affixed here.

Wash tag has the size 44, made in USA, and care instructions noted.  The fabric code is on the reverse-U0730 as well.  The original factory stickers remain on the back of the tag.

The jersey has "MIAMI" sewn on the front of the midnight black jersey in midnight black outlined in Miami blue, and caliente red. The back of the jersey has "SEGURA sewn directly to jersey in midnight black framed in Miami blue, with the large number "9" in midnight black, outlined in Miami blue, and, shadowed in caliente red.

There aren't any sleeve patches.

The Nike "SWOOSH" logo is sewn on the upper left chest.

Velcro chest closure.
