This is an action figure of Jay Garrick, the original Golden Age Flash from DC Comics, produced by DC Direct. The figure features his classic costume: red long-sleeve shirt with lightning bolt emblem, blue trousers, red boots, black belt, and iconic silver winged helmet. Jay Garrick is the founding member of the Justice Society of America (JSA) and the first superhero to bear the Flash name.
