Up for sale is a highly upgraded, professional Ruixin Pro RX-009 guided knife sharpening system. This is the newest generation of this popular system, featuring an all-metal construction, a 360-degree rotation flip design, and a robust G-clamp for secure table mounting.
This system is in excellent, pristine condition and has been used a maximum of two times. My kitchen knives are of very high quality and retain their edge for a long time, so this kit simply isn't getting the use it deserves.
This is a complete, custom-upgraded bundle that includes everything you need to achieve a factory-level, mirror-polished edge without needing to buy any extra accessories.
Ruixin Pro RX-009 Sharpener Unit:
Heavy-duty metal construction with an upgraded ball-bearing guide rod for ultra-smooth sharpening strokes.
360-degree flip mechanism allows you to sharpen both sides of the knife at the exact same angle without removing the blade.
Comes in its original hard-shell plastic carrying case.
Digital Level Box (Bevel Box) – Included!:
An essential standalone tool for this system (bought separately). It allows you to measure and lock in the exact sharpening angle (e.g., 15° or 20°) with absolute digital precision.
8 Premium Diamond Sharpening Stones + Leather Strop:
4x Original SY Tools Diamond Stones: Grits 200 / 400 / 600 / 1000 (Perfect for profiling and setting the initial edge).
4x Extra Upgraded Diamond Stones: Grits 240 / 400 / 1000 / 2000 (Bought separately to provide a smoother progression up to an incredibly fine finish).
1x Leather Strop: Mounted on a matching blank (Used for the final stropping stage to remove the micro-burr and achieve a razor-sharp, mirror finish).
Diamond Power: Unlike traditional whetstones, diamond plates cut steel extremely fast, never wear hollow, and require no water or oil – use them completely dry for a mess-free experience.
Ultimate Precision: The combination of the guided rod system and the included digital level ensures you maintain a perfectly consistent angle across the entire length of the blade.
Ready to Use: From heavy chip repair (200 grit) to hair-shaving sharpness (2000 grit + leather strop), this kit covers the entire progression.
