Some items like most wc pans and random wahsbasins come on pallets and loose so wont have packaging as Combi packs do, but we always would package them for shipping. Since we only deal online all collections and viewings are by appointment only in advance. Same day, weekday (including evenings) and weekend (including Sundays) visits available if arranged beforehand. We can only advice of exact collection address after the purchase has been completed on Ebay to follow and dont abuse their terms.
Important: most of our stock (99.9%) is brand new never openned BUT some of our stock is surplus, wrong orders, discontinued or with tatty packaging and we always mention that on those listings.

If you changed your mind and there is no fault with item, both delivery charges will be passed on buyer.
