Import Duties & Taxes
🇺🇸Shipping to the United States
For shipments to the United States, the shipping service we use includes all applicable import duties and taxes in the shipping cost (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). Under normal circumstances, you will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
🇪🇺Shipping to EU Member States
Effective July 1, 2026, the European Union abolished the previous duty exemption for imports valued at EUR 150 or less and introduced a new import duty system based on product classification.
Accordingly, the shipping service we use for deliveries to EU member states (eBay SpeedPAK) requires shipments with a declared value, excluding shipping costs, of EUR 150 or less to be shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with applicable import duties and VAT included.
Therefore, for orders with a declared value, excluding shipping costs, of EUR 150 or less that are shipped via SpeedPAK, all applicable import duties, VAT (Value Added Tax), and related charges are included in the shipping cost. Under normal circumstances, no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
For orders with a declared value, excluding shipping costs, of more than EUR 150, import duties, taxes, and any other customs-related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost (DDU - Duties Unpaid). These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
🌍Shipping to Other Countries
For destinations other than the United States and EU member states, import duties, taxes, and any other customs-related charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost (DDU - Duties Unpaid). These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before purchasing to determine whether any import duties, taxes, or other fees may apply.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
In compliance with international regulations, we do not mark items as "gifts" or declare values lower than the actual purchase price.
