Canadian Lucky Lure River Runt-Submarine!!!

This is a Canadian Lucky Lure River Runt type plastic fishing lure. I have been told the model is called Submarine.  Measures 3" in length. The metal diving lip has the Horseshoe with the name stamped into it. The finish is a Gold Scale with the Green ribs. Very Good Overall Condition! The photos show the condition well.
