IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INFORMATION
Every BMW configuration is slightly different. Depending on the equipment originally installed in the recipient vehicle, additional adjustments or coding may be necessary.
Examples include:
• Vehicles originally equipped with Radio Professional (Non-iDrive) will require an OEM or aftermarket Blue Fakra GPS antenna for navigation functionality.
• Some vehicles may require a different iDrive controller mounting bracket, depending on the original center console configuration.
• Vehicles already equipped with Top HiFi (Logic 7 / S677A) may require configuration changes during coding.
• Programming and coding are generally required after installation.
