Selling on behalf of a family member who was gifted this bag during the 1950’s. It is originally from the late 30s to early 40s. As far as we are aware it has never been used.

The bag is a dark brown clutch with cut out handles. It is fully lined and has a number of compartments. The central compartment opens with a clasp. Inside is a coin compartment featuring a kiss clasp and decorative two colour lining. The bag also has a small pocket with original lined compact mirror.

Considering its age this bag is in excellent condition. As mentioned we don’t believe it has been used. The lining is clean without signs of wear. There are some scratches/marks on the outside of the bag that have occurred over time spent in a wardrobe.

A beautiful bag that needs to be loved!
