Suzuken UP-2 Language Studying System from Japan WORKS With Issues READ!  NO POWER ADAPTER!

This is a very rare language computer from Japan.  I could not find much info on it, but in the pictures I have included a Grok AI description that has information that may or may not be useful/true.

I am NOT including power adapter, but it uses a standard 12V DC that you can get anywhere.

Powers on as shown and what you type is reflected on the screen.  I cannot get the tape drive open...it makes a solid tone, which I assume means it is stuck.  The screen, while working, has some scratches as shown, and the hinge is loose so it flops back if not standing straight.  Overall the device has significant wear.  I do not know if the hole on the underside is normal, or if perhaps if it was for some type of mounting bracket, etc.

All the issues aside, it's a very rare and interesting device, likely from the late 90s.

Selling as-is due to unknowns, with no guarantees or returns.

Again -- NO POWER ADAPTER, but uses generic 12V DC.
