Payment

We accept payment via eBay, PayPal and cash. Note: collections MUST be paid in cash.

If you have bought multiple items from us, you can send us one payment for all the items instead of paying for them individually. When you click the Pay Now button, eBay will automatically determine if there are other items you have won or purchased from me and will combine them for your review.

Shipment

Shipping costs are shown on each listing. We are not responsible for GSP shipping charges. When buying through GSP we ship to eBay's UK shipping centre and they ship directly to you.

We ship using multiple carriers and will dispatch your item within 2 days. We may be able to ship sooner — message us to request earlier dispatch. If your purchase is through GSP, please consult eBay for final delivery times.

Returns

If you receive the wrong item or an item with a manufacturer defect, contact us within 15 business days of receipt. We will accept the return and provide a replacement or a full (100%) refund upon receipt of the returned item.

Subjective returns (e.g. "wrong buy", "don't need it any more") are accepted; the buyer is responsible for return shipping and any related fees. We do not accept responsibility for items lost during return shipping.

Feedback

Your Satisfaction and positive feedback is very important to us. Please leave positive feedback and 5 stars if you are satisfied with our items and services.

If you have any problems with our items or service, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We will do our best to resolve any issue.
